We drive creativit
We have 116 positions available in several different departments.
We challenge you to come and experience DriveTime for yourself.
We are the nation’s largest subprime automotive company. From searching to signing, we are dedicated to simplifying the complete process of buying a car and changing the way people think about used auto dealerships.
While we pride ourselves on rethinking and retooling the way people buy cars, a lot of effort goes on behind the scenes to make the customer experience more efficient—and that’s where you come in.
Think Big, Stay Small
One of the ways we maintain our core values is by structuring personal relationships within our walls. There are no doors by design and no hierarchy to hang your hat on.
Endless Growth Opportunities
We take pride in developing our team members in a way that encourages more fulfilling career paths. We give our employees the tools to craft their own unique future.
DriveTime encourages its employees to think outside of typical office constraints and reach across the aisle to various departments to get a full 360-degree view of how it operates.s
Meet the DriveTime Crew!
We’re a team of innovators and engineers, movers and shakers, morning people and night owls, dreamers and believers, techies and talkers. But most of all we are a family. At DriveTime we’re fueled by the success of our employees as much as we are by the loyalty of our customers.
The environment and the people. The open desk environment speaks volumes to the type of environment DriveTime creates. Open communication in any direction is encouraged and embraced. I think that plays a factor in the type of people that work here as well, very informal, approachable, and collectively try to make this a great place to work.
I am very active. I like to play a lot of team sports and I do so with a lot of the people I work with here. I play basketball, football, softball, kickball and any other activity I can take part in. I also like to travel when I get the chance. Whether it’s a wedding or a concert that gets me out of the state, I like to take those opportunities to explore new areas.
